The hotel is conveniently located right near the ski-bus station, making it easy to access the slopes. the rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast offers a variety of delicious options to start the day off right. the hotel has great facilities including a swimming pool and wellness area, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.
The Wi-Fi is only available in the restaurant and comes with an additional charge.

Conveniently located near ski bus stop and skiing destinations. Room was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast options were varied and tasty.
Limited Wi-Fi access, only available in certain areas for a fee. Room temperature was unpredictable and sometimes chilly.

We enjoyed the tasty dinners and the open-air swimming pool in the hotel's wellness area. The location of the hotel near the ski-bus station was very convenient for us, as it allowed us to easily catch the bus to the nearby ski areas of Pitztal Glacier and Hochziger. The rooms were nice and clean, and the housekeeping service was also good.

Fantastic location, right near the ski-bus station, with easy access to two ski areas. Clean and comfortable rooms, with excellent housekeeping.- The addition of luxury huts with a sauna and an outdoor swimming pool is a great feature that adds to the overall experience.
The food quality could be improved, with breakfast lacking hot options and dinner sometimes being oily. The staff can be unceremonious and at times arrogant, which affects the overall customer service experience.
